01
Can an app measure my posture from a phone photo, and is it accurate enough to be worth it?
Pose analysis reads body landmarks from the image and turns them into angles, so you get a number instead of an impression. Kallen offers 7 kinds of scan, and 8 of its 34 movement tests are measured by the camera; the other 26 cannot be read from an image, so you run them with a written guide and a timer. That is accurate enough to compare one measurement with the next, not to diagnose anything.
02
What does AI actually add to posture work compared with a fixed set of exercises?
Memory, and recalculating the plan. A set chosen on day one is exactly the same set in week six; the coach reads your whole measurement history before every reply and proposes a specific change when the data justifies one. The catalog holds 89 exercises and 24 protocols, and nothing enters your plan until you approve it.
03
Can an AI app replace a physical therapist for neck or back pain?
No, and Kallen does not claim otherwise. AI cannot examine you with its hands, diagnose you or distinguish ordinary overload from a problem that needs a doctor. Each of the 24 protocols opens with the red flags that warrant an in-person assessment, and the coach names them plainly while continuing to guide you through what is safe.
